Surrounded by different large buildings from the 70's, this 12-hectare site lent itself to the creation of a new urban and friendly neighborhood. Palladium USA International Inc.'s $175 million “Palladium Las Colinas” project will include two 21 story condominium towers, plus 18 three-story villas with attached garages. The entire development will consist of approximately of 42.500 square meters of living space. The project will be developed in two phases. Palladium Las Colinas is being designed by Washington, D.C. - based WDG Architecture and will make the fourth project Palladium USA has developed in Las Colinas since its initial development of Grand Venetian in 1998.

Palladium Italy, in partnership with Apollo European Real Estate Fund II L.P., has secured a 4 hectare land plot lacated in Legnano, a town with about 60.000 inhabitants and which lies 30 kilometers northwest from Milan. The final planning, designed by Antonio Citterio and Partners, will allow a residential development of 30.000 square meters of gross building surface with a park in the "heart" of the development. The Site is just 15 minutes walking distance from the historical centre and 30 minutes by train from Milan. Legnano is located between Milan and the Malpensa airport, and the connecting highway is only 5 minutes by from the site. The surrounding area is characterized by residential buildings and light-industrial buildings, many which are being refurbished. A new important regional hospital and a large shopping centre are under construction a few blocks from the Site.

The Luxury Hotel Development, promoted by palladium Italy and designed by Antonio Citterio and Partners, will be executed in partnership with Serenissima R.E.S. Spa, Polis Srl and ferro Murano. The project includes the aquisition of an industrial site (production of glass items) in Murano. The Site is facing the "Laguna" with a special view of Venice and it's connected to "Rio dei Vetrai Canal". The actual surface is about 10.000 square meters. It's a refurbishment which entails a complete redevelopment of the Site and will transform this industrial area into a luxury hotel with a gross building surface of 11.500 square meters (slp). The new hotel structure, which will be developed on 4 floors, will include around 150 guest rooms, various meeting rooms, a swimming pool and green areas.
