The architectural project includes the redevelopment of the site with a changing in the destionation use.

The project, designed by Canali Associate, will allow a development of 32.000 sqm of gross building surface, for residential use only. The primary aim of the project is the refurbishment of the “Caserma Ottaviani” existing buildings, with the utmost respect for their harmonious proportions, imposed by a strict urban design, but at the same time able to adapt new elements.
Essential subject of the project is the open spaces.
The complex’s structure, original and flexible, incorporates space and facilities for job, fitness and free-time: in this way the residential area is integrated with the other areas, creating a true live, work, play environment.
