The project, designed by Canali Associate, will allow a development of 32.000 sqm of gross building surface, for residential use only. The primary aim of the project is the refurbishment of the “Caserma Ottaviani” existing buildings, with the utmost respect for their harmonious proportions, imposed by a strict urban design, but at the same time able to adapt new elements. Essential subject of the project is the open spaces.
